This department is a mainly constructive department; its division of labour is very clear and careful. Basing on its function, it can be divided into four sections, including IQC, IPQC, OQC and QA. They were led by QC department director, and QE engineers and QC clerk are distributed to them.
        Its discipline is very strict. All members work strictly according to the quality policy and the requirements of the ISO system. They take great efforts to control product quality.
        It cooperates with the administrative department in carrying out the promotion and education of quality consciousness to all employees of the company, improving gradually the quality level, and laying a solid foundation for the construction of the company culture.
        It combines the engineering department with the manufacturing department to define the quality requirements of the products. They instruct the workers to optimize the production technic process and enhance their quality consciousness. Moreover, they do their best to avoid any quality problems in the production process, raise efficiency, cut down losses, and reduce production costs.
